4.    Use of Hotjar
Our website uses the Hotjar analytical tool to better understand the needs of our visitors and to optimize their user experience. 8.    Sending Promotional SMS Messages
You consent to us periodically sending promotional SMS messages to the phone number you provided, in which we inform you about our current offers, promotions, and other news of interest to you. SMS messages are sent exclusively with your prior consent, which you can withdraw at any time in a message sent to the (gvesthu@gmail.com) email address.

Unsubscribing may take up to 30 calendar days, during which you may still receive further promotional messages or calls; please ignore these!

9.    Sending Newsletters and Direct Marketing (DM) Messages
If the data subject – after becoming familiar with this privacy policy – gives their express and voluntary consent by checking the appropriate checkbox, the Data Controller may send them marketing inquiries.

By giving consent, the data subject accepts that the Data Controller may send them direct marketing (DM) messages electronically (especially via e-mail), in direct messages sent through social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram), and – in the case of separate consent – by post, regarding current deals, promotions, new products, services, and other marketing offers.

11.    Technical and Organizational Measures Related to Data Processing
The Data Controller ensures and facilitates the exercise of the data subject's rights related to data processing, especially with regard to the right to information and the right to object.
The Data Controller undertakes to formulate guarantees in its data protection policy that guarantee the protection of the rights of the data subjects.

12.    Rights of the Data Subjects
The data subject can exercise their rights described below at the address provided in point 1. Every request related to the exercise of rights will be assessed within 25 days of receipt.

12.1.    Right to Information
The principle of fair and transparent data processing requires that we inform the data subjects about the fact and purpose of data processing before it begins, as well as the identity of the data controllers, the data protection officers, the scope of the processed data, the legal basis, duration, and method of data processing, and the data processors used during processing. Based on the right to information, data subjects have the opportunity to request information regarding the processing of their data, in which case they will receive personalized information.

12.2.    Withdrawal of Consent
The data subject is entitled to withdraw their consent at any time. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the data processing based on consent prior to the withdrawal.

12.3.    Right to Rectification
The data subject has the right to request the rectification or supplementation of their data processed by us.

12.4.    Right to Erasure/Right to be Forgotten
Data subjects are entitled to request the erasure of their data processed by us. We inform you that the request for erasure will be rejected if an obligation to store the data exists.

12.8.    Right to Lodge a Complaint or Initiate Proceedings
The data subject is entitled to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority or initiate its proceedings, and also to seek effective judicial remedy if they consider that their rights related to the processing of their data or the exercise of rights associated with data processing have been violated. In the case of judicial remedy, the data subject may initiate civil litigation, the adjudication of which falls within the jurisdiction of the tribunal (törvényszék).
